All the group scheme apprentices are carefully selected and have a high level of commitment to a desired field, are regularly assessed and monitored to ensure a high standard is continually maintained.

MPA - Skills professional management lifts the burden of being an employer.

As an employer you do not have to worry about paying for an apprentice’s off the job training time, holiday pay, RDO’s, sick pay or leave loading. You are not responsible for workers’ compensation, superannuation, group tax or administration costs. It is all taken care of by the group training company.

As a Host Employer of MPA - Skills your only task is to train the employee and pay a hire fee direct to the MPA - Skills. The host employer is charged for the hours worked on the job. This is done on an hourly charge out rate.

With the group training scheme there is total flexibility.

As an employer you can hire an apprentice to suit fluctuating work needs. One month, one year... you decide. You do not have to make a four year commitment- you simply hire the apprentice and the skill level you require whenever you need it.

As an employer you do not have to deal with any personal problems that may arise with an apprentice. It is all promptly and professionally dealt with by the Group Scheme Management.
