We have the ability to provide you with ‘continuous’
apprentices throughout the year instead of losing them to
tech or annual leave, therefore no downtime expenses. This
allows you the ability to structure your workforce to suit
your workload. |
You
do not have to commit to having an apprentice for the full
4 year term. |
All the apprentices
that are employed through MPA Skills have completed a pre-apprenticeship
course (completed Stage 1 & 2 technical training), therefore
do not have to attend tech within the 1st year of their apprenticeship.
The majority of our apprentices attend MPA
Skills RTO, where all performance and skills assessments are
carried out by qualified Industry trainers.
You will receive continuous support from
our Field Officers in your day to day dealings with your apprentice. |
